Order fulfillment

WooCommerce order kanban.

See every order as a card. Drag it across columns that match your fulfillment flow — processing, packing, waiting on stock, completed — instead of scanning a list table.

How it works

Status changes that match how you pack.

WooCommerce order statuses are a dropdown on a row. That is fine at ten orders a day. At a hundred, the list table hides bottlenecks: cards stuck in “on hold”, a packing column that never empties, refunds mixed with new checkouts.

The VendBase kanban maps those same WooCommerce statuses to columns. Drag a card and the order status updates. Columns are yours to name and arrange, so a subscription store and a made-to-order shop do not share a fake “universal” pipeline.

Fulfillment

Built for WooCommerce order ops.

  • Custom columns

Match columns to the statuses you actually use — including custom WooCommerce order statuses — instead of forcing a generic kanban template.

  • Spot fulfillment bottlenecks

A fat “processing” column is obvious on a board and invisible in a paginated table. Teams see where orders stall before customers chase you.

  • Same orders, better surface

Cards are WooCommerce orders. Filters, search, and the rest of VendBase still apply. You are not maintaining a second order database.

  • Works with the rest of the admin

Jump from a card into the full order, customer history, or global search. Kanban is a view, not a silo.

FAQ

Common questions.

What is a WooCommerce order kanban?
It is a board view of WooCommerce orders. Each column is a status (or a status you define). Moving a card updates the order, so fulfillment looks like a pipeline instead of a spreadsheet.
Does it work with custom order statuses?
Yes. Columns follow the statuses in your store, including statuses added by other plugins, as long as WooCommerce knows about them.
Is this only for high-volume stores?
It helps most once more than one person touches fulfillment. Solo shops still use it to see “waiting on stock” versus “ready to ship” at a glance.
Do I need a separate fulfillment plugin?
Not for a visual pipeline. VendBase ships kanban with the rest of the WooCommerce admin. You can keep warehouse or shipping plugins for labels and carriers.
